Anna Gunn, an American actor from the United States. Her most famous role is Skyler White in the AMC drama Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 as well as 2014 for Outstanding Supporting actress in an Drama Series. She has also played Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. The actress fell in love with performing in Preparatory School before moving to Ohio with her family in the mid-70s. Theatre studies took place in the theatre department at Northwestern University. A semester was taken at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her journey in Chicago performing in stage role for several years. Later, she relocated to Hollywood, where she began her acting career in movies and television shows. Anna's first major part was Arden, in Down the Shore. She was in 29 episodes.
